McMasters - Legal Officer / Solicitor / Article Clerk

McMasters (www.mcmasters.com.au) and Dover Financial Planning (www.dover.com.au) wish to employ a Law Graduate, or a person who has made substantial progress towards a Law degree, for a position in our Cheltenham office.

The position can be styled as an Article Clerkship.

The position involves preparing documents for use by Doctors and Dentists and self-managed superannuation funds, including companies, trusts, partnerships and wills and related estate planning tasks.

The position also includes the legal work connected to:-

(i) listing an investment company on a secondary stock exchange;
(ii) extending and developing an automatic document preparation service; and
(iii) ASIC compliance for a AFSL holder and a small group of authorised representatives.

There is a strong advisory content and high level of Client interaction. We act for more than 700 Doctors and Dentists and more than 700 self-managed superannuation funds, and enjoy an excellent reputation in both fields.
