Applications are now open for seasonal clerks at Baker & McKenzie in Melbourne.

“There are two Melbourne Seasonal Clerkship Programs, each of four weeks duration, scheduled in June/July and November/December of each year. Seasonal clerks are allocated a home practice group, but our Clerks receive a range of work in different areas. Many of our Seasonal Clerks go on to undertake their Articled Clerkship with Baker & McKenzie the following year. To complete a Seasonal Clerkship at Baker & McKenzie candidates must be in at least the fourth year of a combined degree or the penultimate year of a straight law degree.”

It starts with an orientation program, followed by spending two weeks each in two of our seven practice groups. This gives you exposure to a variety of areas within the firm and helps you determine your main areas of interest.”
